Our professionals will be the liaison between your property and local law enforcement. We will be there to ensure no act of vandalism, threat or violence goes unnoticed. All of our security professionals practice Situational Awareness. In security — and in life — awareness is everything. Situational awareness means understanding what’s happening around you, recognizing what doesn’t fit, and being ready to act before problems escalate.

Here’s why it matters:

1️. Early Detection – Spotting unusual behavior or potential threats before they develop gives you time to respond.

2️. Informed Decisions – Awareness allows for calm, calculated actions under pressure.

3️. Team Safety – When everyone stays alert, small observations can prevent major incidents.

4️. Public Reassurance – A visible, attentive presence builds confidence and deters wrongdoing.

5️. Personal Protection – It’s not paranoia — it’s preparedness. Awareness keeps you and others safe.

Bottom Line:

Situational awareness isn’t about fear — it’s about focus. The best security professionals don’t just watch — they see.

Why are patrols Important

In physical security, patrol is one big area that is often overlooked. Patrolling is one of the most important duties of a security officer. It means moving around to check and observe in order to protect people and property. A good patrol helps prevent threats before they happen.

- They help spot danger or anything unusual early. This helps to identify potential threats and counter them. eg searching for counterfeit or contraband.

- They keep places safe by checking lights, doors and equipment. This ensures all security systems are working and in good condition e.g cameras and alarm systems

- They make it easy to respond quickly to alarms or emergencies. This is a move that helps to mitigate risks.

- They build trust. People feel safer when they see active officers doing patrols e.g. in supermarkets, airports and school environments e.g. universities

What are the types of Patrols

1. Foot Patrol. It involves walking around the area to see things closely and talking to people.

2. Vehicle Patrol. Is using a car or motorbike to cover large places quickly for example in big companies

3. Static Patrol - This involves staying in one post like a gate or control room to watch and report e.g. at a watchtower.
